• Event day buzz. Every day

  • A new 85-acre neighbourhood

  • Home to 20,000 people

  • Thriving with 20 million visitors a year

When you think of Wembley, you probably think of the legendary sports and music events that have made the name famous worldwide. But there's so much more.

We’re creating a new 85-acre neighbourhood, offering 8.8 million sq ft of mixed-use development, including over 500,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space. It’s a £3 billion project that’s fully funded and on track to be delivered by 2027, with the majority of retail units completed by the end of 2019. When we’re finished, Wembley Park will get over 20 million visitors a year and have an annual retail spend of £328 million, comparable to Ealing Broadway, Camden Town and Victoria.

We’re committed to creating London’s new premier neighbourhood and shopping destination for discerning visitors and locals – just 12 minutes from the West End. Each of the neighbourhood’s four districts will serve the community in a different way and have their own unique retail opportunities. They’ll shop, dine, relax, work out, entertain and be entertained – day in, day out. And to simplify everything, it’s all under our management so you only ever have one point of contact.
